  • The guide will give you the entrance tickets at the meeting point, just before the guided tour begins.
  • Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • For ease of access, we recommend that you bring only small bags. The museum lockers are not guaranteed.
  • Free radio guide is mandatory for groups of more than 6 people.
  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the start of the activity will be charged 20 € per person.
  • If you cancel with less time, arrive late or do not show up, you will not be entitled to a refund.
