For the\nresolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with\nthis Legal Notice, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of\nGranada, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdictions that, in accordance with\napplicable law, may correspond to the consumer based on their\nplace of residence, and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions\nthat may apply in the consumer\u2019s country of residence\nwhen the consumer is located outside of Spain. \n\nFor consumers residing in the European Union, Regulation (EU) No. 1215\/2012 will apply\u2014\n, where applicable\u2014which may confer jurisdiction on\nthe courts of the consumer\u2019s domicile.\n
